Beginner
Our Beginners Reformer Pilates class is the ideal introduction for anyone new to Pilates or returning after time away. This supportive, slower-paced session teaches the fundamentals of Reformer work, helping you build confidence, strength, and body awareness from the ground up.
Intermediate
Our Intermediate Reformer Pilates class is designed for clients who are confident with foundational Pilates movement and ready to take their practice to the next level. This class introduces more complex choreography, increased resistance, and greater coordination challenges to build strength, control, and precision. It is recommended to have atleast 8-10 Beginner classes before progressing to Intermediate. Always let your instructor know when you have progressed to this class from Beginners.
Peach Power
Peach Power is a dynamic, sculpting Reformer Pilates class dedicated to building strong, lifted glutes and mobile, powerful hips. Expect a high-energy session that blends strength, stability, and controlled burn to leave your lower body feeling switched on and unstoppable.
What to Expect
Targeted glute work using springs, straps, and props to activate all major glute muscles for a firm, well-rounded burn.
Hip mobility and stability training to improve alignment, balance, and functional movement.
Dynamic lower-body sequences including presses, lunges, bridges, and variations designed to tone and strengthen.
Core engagement throughout to support clean movement patterns and enhance overall power.

Jumpboard
Our Jumpboard Reformer Pilates class is a fun, cardio-infused session that elevates traditional Pilates with light, low-impact jumping sequences performed on the Reformer. Using the jumpboard attachment, this class blends the precision of Pilates with the exhilaration of plyometric-style movement—without the harsh impact of traditional jumping.
Mummy Peaches
Our Pre and Post Natal Reformer Pilates class is a supportive, low-impact session designed to help expectant and new mothers move safely, build strength, and feel empowered throughout every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
