How can I buy Merchandise?

You can purchase merchandise in the miuntes before or after your pilates class, we only stokc short runs of items and when they’re gone…they’re gone. So keep an eye on the rails when you’re next in the studio.

Are there Age restrictions on the attendees?

We do not Instruct under 16’s due to Health and Safety and Insurance Purposes.

Is it compulsory to wear grip socks?

We thrive to provide a safe, supportive workout environment as so our studio policy is to wear grip socks always. We have theon sale in the studio too!

Can I private hire the studio for an event?

Yes, you can now private hire the studio which is perfect for a birthday or event, each person’s requirements can vary so the best thing to do is drop us an email!
